摘要
巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站工程具有地震烈度高、坝址区岩性软弱、泄洪规模大、泥沙问题突出等复杂基础建设条件和建设开发背景。卡洛特枢纽工程主要包括挡水建筑物、泄洪消能建筑物、引水发电建筑物和导流建筑物,枢纽布置方案经过了充分的方案比较和模型试验论证。围绕枢纽布置方案涉及的水文泥沙、地形地质、施工组织、运行管理等要素,系统介绍了卡洛特水电站枢纽布置设计的重点和难点,并提出了相应的解决方案,旨在为类似工程枢纽布置设计提供有益的启示。
Pakistan Karot Hydropower Station has complex infrastructure construction conditions,such as high seismic intensity,weak lithology at dam site,large flood discharge scale and prominent sediment problems.The project mainly consists of water retaining structure,water discharge and energy dissipation structure,hydropower structure and diversion structure.The project layout has been proved by adequate scheme comparison study and model test.This paper focused on hydrology,sediment,topography and geology,construction organization,operation management and other elements involved in the project layout design,systematically introduced the emphases and difficulties in the layout design and put forward the corresponding solutions.This research can provide useful inspiration for similar hydropower projects.
