经皮内窥镜下腰椎间盘切除术治疗双节段腰椎间盘突出症 被引量：1

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc her-niation,LDH)是以腰腿痛为主要临床表现的腰椎退行性疾病[1],近十余年来,经皮内窥镜下腰椎间盘切除术(percu-taneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,PELD)已成为治疗LDH最微创的术式之一,作者医院治疗25例双节段LDH患者,近期疗效良好,报告如下。
