提高数控机床机械加工率的方法探讨

摘要 近些年数控机床逐渐朝着精细化方向发展,满足了高尖精机械产品的质量要求,但是在生产效率方面还有巨大潜力。由于数控机床本身具有速度和精度优势,被广泛应用于机械加工领域,但是实际生产中很多因素都会影响加工效率,如操作、设备以及管理等,导致效率大大降低,因此要通过有效方法进行优化完善,提高机械加工水平。本文对提高数控机床机械加工率的方法进行分析,以此来推动我国机械加工企业的持续性发展。 In recent years,CNC machine tools have gradually developed in the direction of refinement,meeting the quality requirements of high-precision mechanical products,but there is great potential in terms of production efficiency.Due to the numerical control machine tool itself has the advantage of speed and accuracy,is widely used in the field of mechanical processing,but many factors in the actual production will affect the processing efficiency,such as operation,equipment and management,resulting in greatly reduced efficiency,so through effective methods to optimize and improve the level of mechanical processing.This paper analyzes the methods to improve the machining rate of CNC machine tools,in order to promote the sustainable development of China's machining enterprises.
