摘要
内燃机车使用一段时间之后,电气系统必然会出现一些问题,故障的发生几率也会大幅增加。电气系统当中的线路已经老化之后,控制系统必然会受到影响,有些配件会出现可靠性下降的情况,对其进行维修也需要投入较大的成本,另外就是单片系统并未将隔离措施设置到位,调速、换挡必然会发生故障,内燃机运行无法保持正常状态,解决问题的主要途径就是对PLC控制系统予以优化,如此方可使得机车运行更加的可靠。
After the diesel locomotive is used for a period of time,some problems will inevitably appear in the electrical system,and the probability of failure will increase greatly.After the circuit in the electrical system has aged,the control system will be affected.The reliability of some accessories will be reduced,and a large cost will be invested in its maintenance.In addition,the single-chip system does not set the isolation measures in place,the speed regulation and gear change will inevitably fail,and the internal combustion engine cannot maintain normal operation,The main way to solve the problem is to optimize the PLC control system,so as to make the locomotive run more reliable.
