机械专业人才培育中的高效节能理念应用策略

摘要 在现代社会经济的持续发展进程中,机械制造业正处于规模化、自动化、绿色化的扩展期,对高职教育提出了更高的要求。因此高职院校必须全面实施机械人才教育改革,既要提高学生的知识基础,又要关注学生的实践技能与综合素养,将高效节能设计理念融入其中,以此培育能力复合化、素质综合化的优秀人才。本文即通过分析机械制造行业中人才培育的基本背景,进而提出高效节能设计理念在人才培育体系中的应用策略。 In the process of sustainable development of modern social economy,machinery manufacturing industry is in the expansion period of large-scale,automation and green,which puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational education.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must fully implement the reform of mechanical talent education,not only improve students'knowledge base,but also pay attention to students'practical skills and comprehensive quality,and integrate the concept of efficient and energy-saving design into it,so as to cultivate excellent talents with compound ability and comprehensive quality.This paper analyzes the basic background of talent cultivation in machinery manufacturing industry,and then puts forward the application strategy of high-efficiency and energy-saving design concept in talent cultivation system.
