摘要
近几年,我国的制造行业飞速发展,而数控加工是其生产过程中非常重要的一环,并且数控加工的质量将直接决定制造业的发展进程,不过目前数控加工过程中,存在一些影响数控加工质量的因素,本文对影响数控加工质量的因素进行深入分析,研究数控机床的组成部分,得出影响其质量的原因,表明我国的数控加工还存在提高的空间,为此本文提出这些影响因素的解决策略,希望为数控加工行业提供一些帮助。
In recent years,the rapid development of manufacturing industry in our country,and the nc machining is a very important part of the production process,and the quality of the numerical control processing will directly decide the development of the manufacturing process,but currently in the process of nc machining,there are some factors affecting the quality of nc machining,in this paper,analyzing the factors affecting the quality of nc machining,the part of the nc machine tool,The reasons affecting its quality are obtained,indicating that there is still room for improvement of CNC machining in China.For this reason,this paper puts forward solutions to these influencing factors,hoping to provide some help for CNC machining industry.
