摘要
本文针对某四缸直列轻型柴油机配套整车时,在长下坡路段,当柴油机点火开关关闭、排气制动开启时出现的柴油机异响问题进行系统分析,采用时频分析方法,结合柴油机性能变化情况,分析两者之间的关联性,确定异响根源来自于EGR阀本体,最后提供了两套EGR阀改进方案并进行了验证,试验表明最终改进方案效果非常明显,达到了消除异响目的。
In this article,abnormal noise is analyzed on a four-cylinder inline light diesel engine matched one vehicle when engine ignition is off and exhaust brake is on above long and steep downgrade sections.Analysis method,time frequency analysis,is used to analyze the relationship between engine performance parameter and abnormal noise,and the reason is ascertained that abnormal noise is from EGR valve.Finally,two improvement schemes were provided and verified.The test result showed the reduction effect of improvement scheme is very perfect,and the purpose of eliminating noise is achieved.
