摘要
基于KH-RT液滴破碎模型对定容燃烧弹内生物柴油-正丁醇混合燃料的喷雾贯穿距离、喷雾锥角、索特平均粒径、速度场以浓度场进行数值模拟,通过定容燃烧弹试验台架获取的生物柴油-正丁醇混合燃料的喷雾特性对数值模型进行验证,结果表明:随着喷射压力的增加,BD70N30混合燃料的喷雾贯穿距和喷雾锥角增加;索特平均粒径降低;雾束中心高速区域增大且高浓度区域减小。增大喷射压力更易于BD70N30混合燃料的破碎与蒸发。
Based on KH-RT droplet breakage model of constant volume Molotov cocktails in biodiesel-n-butyl alcohol mixed fuel spray through the distance,spray cone Angle,sauter mean diameter,velocity field numerical simulation on concentration field,through the constant volume Molotov cocktails test-bed for biodiesel-n-butyl alcohol mixed fuel spray characteristics to validate the numerical model,the results show that:With the increase of injection pressure,the spray penetration distance and spray cone Angle of BD70N30 mixture fuel increase.Sault average particle size decreased;The high speed area in the center of fog beam increases and the high concentration area decreases.Increasing the injection pressure makes it easier for BD70N30 mixture fuel to break and evaporate.
