摘要
中国共产党意识形态话语权的建构是包含着话语生产、话语说理、话语认同、话语评价在内的系统的过程,各个环节紧密联系。遵从这一逻辑,新时代提升中国共产党意识形态话语权需着重把握话语生产的科学性之维,即树立话语生产者的权威性和提升话语内容的质量;话语说理的有效性之维,即以理论之理提升意识形态话语的阐释力,以事实说理提升意识形态话语的说服力,以媒介传播提升意识形态话语的影响力;话语认同的彻底性之维,即提高人民群众对党的信任以实现情感认同,不断满足人民群众的需要以实现利益认同;话语评价的真实性之维,即提升主体的话语评价能力,科学设置话语评价标准,建立完善的意识形态话语评价反馈机制。
The construction of the Communist Party of China's ideological discourse power is a systematic process including discourse production,discourse reasoning,discourse identity and discourse evaluation,each link of which is closely linked.Complying with this logic,we can enhance the Party's ideological discourse power in the new era from the following four dimensions,the scientificalness of discourse production,the validity of discourse reasoning,the thoroughness of discourse identity,and the authenticity of discourse evaluation.In the dimension of scientificalness of discourse production,we need to establish the authority of discourse producers and enhance the quality of discourse content.In the dimension of validity of discourse reasoning,we need to improve the explanatory power of ideology by theoretical reasoning,the persuasive power of ideology by factual reasoning,and the influence of ideology through media communication.In terms of the thoroughness dimension of discourse identity,we should improve the people's trust in the Party to achieve emotional identity,and constantly meet the needs of the people to achieve interests identity.And in the authenticity dimension of discourse evaluation,we should advance the discourse evaluation ability of the subject,set up discourse evaluation criteria scientifically,and establish a sound feedback mechanism of ideological discourse evaluation.
