摘要
改革开放以来,我国社会形式逐渐向现代型城市转变,新时期城市化进程呈现跨越式发展,包含公共服务、公共娱乐、公共交通等功能的大型商业综合体建筑明显增多,其整体建筑规模、体量还在不断增大。大型商业综合体经营业态和结构功能复杂,各类风险隐患互相威胁、交织叠加,火灾风险远超单一使用功能建筑。一旦发生火灾事故,烟气难以有效排出,不易清晰判断起火点,火势将在建筑内部快速蔓延,灭火救援行动难度较大,极易造成严重的经济损失和人员伤亡。文章简要分析了以大型商业综合体消防安全管理工作的重要作用,在梳理代表性风险隐患的基础上,提出了几点针对性消防安全管理措施。
Since the reform and opening up,many modem cities appear in our country.The process of urbanization in the new era has shown a leapforward development.Large commercial complex buildings including public services,public entertainment,public transportation,and other functions have increased significantly.And the amount is still increasing.Large commercial complexes have complex operating formats and structural functions,and various hidden risks threaten each other,intertwined and superimposed,and fire risks far exceed those of single-use functional buildings.Once a fire accident occurs,it is difficult to effectively discharge the smoke,and it is difficult to clearly determine the fire point.The fire will spread rapidly inside the building,making fire fighting and rescue operations more difficult,which can easily cause serious economic losses and casualties.The paper briefly analyzes the important role of fire safety management in large commercial complexes,and puts forward several targeted fire safety management measures on the basis of sorting out representative risk hazards.
