摘要
千黄高速威坪出口连接线工程位于新安江水库,含桥梁3座,共长532.04 m,新安江水库最大水深达20 m,与外界无道路相连,属封闭水域,外来专业施工船舶无法进入,为此研发深水库区移动型混凝土生产系统,该系统拆装方便、机动灵活,施工简单且成本较低,成功地完成桥梁施工,解决水上桥梁混凝土施工难题。
The Weiping exit connection line project of Qiandaohu-Huangshan expressway located at Xin’anjiang reservoir has three bridges, whose total length is 532.04 m. The maximum depth of Xin’anjiang reservoir is 20 m, which is a closed water, having no road connecting to other places,and construction ship could not enter this area. Therefore, mobile concrete production system in deep reservoir was researched and developed. This system is movable and flexible, having convenient installation and dismantlement, simple construction and low cost. Bridge construction was successfully completed and difficulties in bridge concrete construction were effectively solved.
