深基坑施工对邻近建筑物的影响分析及加固 被引量:3

摘要 明挖隧道深基坑开挖对周边环境产生的影响较难把控,为确保周边环境及基坑工程的安全进行,以广佛环线大源站明挖基坑为依托展开了分析研究,提出了"理论设计+预先监测+动态加固"的施工方法,得出了以下结论:(1)深基坑开挖会对邻近建筑物产生较大影响,应将建筑物的保护工作列为工作重点;(2)在基坑工程围护结构及开挖顺序的设计过程中,"理论设计"往往与现场情况有区别,在基坑施工过程中,既要按照设计要求进行施工,还要擅于在设计基础上寻找异常问题;(3)做好监控量测,才能做到对风险的把控,减少人力、物力的损失;(4)采用"动态加固"的方式来进行工程风险控制,能够灵活掌握部分不可控风险因素,实现利益最大化。 The influence of deep foundation pit excavation of open cut tunnel on the surrounding environment is difficult to control. In order to ensure the safety of the surrounding environment and foundation pit engineering,based on the open cut foundation pit of Dayuan station of Guangzhou Foshan ring Road, through analysis and research, the paper puts forward the construction method of "theoretical design + pre-monitoring + dynamic reinforcement", the following conclusions are drawn.(1)The excavation of deep foundation pit has a great impact on the adjacent buildings, so the protection of buildings should be listed as the focus of the work.(2) In the design process of retaining structure and excavation sequence of foundation pit engineering, "theoretical design" is often different from the field situation. In the construction process of foundation pit, we should not only strive to ensure the construction in accordance with the design requirements, but also be good at finding abnormal problems on the basis of design.(3) Monitoring and measurement is an essential project of deep foundation pit engineering.Only by doing a good job of monitoring and measurement can we control the risk and reduce the loss of human and material resources.(4) Adopting the method of "dynamic reinforcement" to control the project risk can flexibly grasp some uncontrollable risk factors and maximize the benefits.
