摘要
目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者鼻腔扩容术后经鼻持续正压通气治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月该院收治的OSAHS患者92例作为研究对象,分为治疗组和空白对照组,每组46例。治疗组先进行鼻腔扩容术,然后进行经鼻持续正压通气治疗;空白对照组直接进行经鼻持续正压通气治疗。比较两组患者术前、术后3个月睡眠指标[包括睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数和最低动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))]、nCPAP耐受性等。结果两组患者术前睡眠指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后3个月AHI、最低SaO_(2)均不同程度改善,且治疗组患者AHI降低幅度、最低SaO_(2)上升幅度均明显大于空白对照组,nCPAP耐受性明显优于空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对OSAHS患者进行鼻腔扩容术可有效降低患者鼻气道阻力和CPAP压力。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nasal septum correction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 92 patients with OSAHS in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and blank control group,46 in each group.The treatment group was treated with nasal septum correction,and the blank control group was treated with noninvasive ventilator.After the treatment,the curative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared to judge the efficacy of the two treatment measures.Results After the end of treatment,statistical data of all patients showed that AHI and minimum SaO_(2) of treatment group were significantly improved,and the improvement was significantly better than that of blank control group(P<0.05);nasal airway resistance and CPAP pressure of treatment group and blank control group were significantly reduced,nCPAP tolerance was significantly improved,and the degree of reduction in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group The improvement of nCPAP tolerance was greater than that of the blank control group(P<0.05);according to the follow-up survey results,the recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the blank control group(P<0.05);the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal septum correction can effectively reduce nasal airway resistance and CPAP pressure in patients with OSAHS.
