摘要
目的分析急救护理干预对新生儿窒息患儿复苏的影响效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月四川省南充市中心医院收治的新生儿窒息患儿82例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,每组41例。参照组给予常规护理,研究组给予急救护理干预。比较两组新生儿5 min Apgar评分、抢救时间、住院时间、5 min内复苏率、10 min内复苏率、病死率、家长对护理的满意度等。结果研究组新生儿5 min Apgar评分、5 min内复苏率、家长对护理的满意度明显高于参照组,抢救时间、住院时间均明显短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿10 min内复苏率、病死率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对新生儿窒息患儿实施急救护理干预可有效提高复苏率。
Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention on resuscitation of neonatal asphyxia children.Methods A total of 82 cases of neonatal asphyxia treated in Nanchong City Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were observed,And according to the random number table method,Of these,41 received routine care in the reference group,The remaining 41 cases were included in the study group,The scores of 5 minApgar,rescue time,hospitalization time,recovery rate within 5 min,recovery rate within 10 min,mortality rate and parents′satisfaction with nursing were also evaluated.Results Compared with the first aid index of the two groups,the score of 5 minApgar in the study group was higher,the score of 5 minApgar in the reference group was lower,the rescue time and hospitalization time in the reference group were shorter,the results were longer(P<0.05),the resuscitation rate and mortality rate were higher(90.34%),the resuscitation rate was lower(70.73%)in the reference group p<5 min,and the contrast result showed(0.2005),the difference was statistically significant;the recovery rate and death rate within 10 min between the two groups There was no significant difference in death rate(P>0.05).Compared with the parents′satisfaction with nursing,the study group was higher,the satisfaction with nursing was 95.12,the reference group was lower,and the satisfaction with nursing was 80.49.The results showed(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The first aid nursing intervention can effectively improve the resuscitation rate and is worth popularizing.
