摘要
目的探讨孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患者的疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月该院收治的支气管哮喘患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予布地奈德治疗,研究组给予孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗。观察分析两组患者疗效、肺功能变化情况、哮喘发作频率、临床症状改善情况、炎性因子水平等。结果两组患者治疗前FEV1、FVC、PEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗后FEV1、FVC、PEF均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组患者总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者应用孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗可有效增强疗效,并能促进患者肺功能的改善,可推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma and its influence on pulmonary function.Methods A total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the study group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide.The curative effect,changes of pulmonary function indexes,frequency of asthma attack,improvement of clinical symptoms and levels of inflammatory factors were observed and analyzed.Results Before treatment,two groups of patients with TNF-α,There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 between the two groups(P>0.05)-α,The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were relatively low(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,further reduce the levels of inflammatory indexes,promote the improvement of pulmonary function indexes,and significantly reduce the time of clinical symptom improvement,which can be widely used.
