摘要
目的探讨丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯乳膏治疗儿童湿疹的疗效及对患儿疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)的影响。方法选取2020年1-12月该院收治的儿童湿疹患儿120例,收集其相关临床资料,依据不同治疗方案分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,研究组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏及氟芬那酸丁酯乳膏联合治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果研究组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿干预前VAS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿治疗第3、6、9天VAS均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对湿疹患儿施以丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯乳膏治疗可促进疗效的提升,减轻疼痛程度,且不会增加药物不良反应,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with butyl Flufenamate cream in the treatment of eczema in children and its influence on VAS score.Methods A total of 120 cases of children with eczema in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,the relevant clinical data were collected to carry out this study,and the patients were divided into groups according to the difference of treatment schemes.The control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream,while the study group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream and butyl Flufenamate cream.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before medication intervention,there was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd,6th and 9th day of treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of ifn-y in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with butyl Flufenamate cream in the treatment of children with eczema can promote the curative effect,reduce pain,regulate cytokine levels,and will not increase adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of application.
