摘要
目的探讨综合护理模式在急性上消化道出血中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月该院收治的急性上消化道出血患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组38例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上予以综合护理。观察并比较两组患者疗效、满意度,以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分等。结果研究组患者治疗后SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,疗效、满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式治疗急性上消化道出血效果确切,能改善患者心理状态,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the study group(38 cases)and the control group(38 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the above.The treatment effect,satisfaction,anxiety score(SAS)and depression score of the two groups were observed and compared(SDS).Results After treatment,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the treatment effect and satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing mode in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding is exact,which can improve the psychological state of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
