江西省新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调及演变趋势分析 被引量:4

Analysis on the Coupling Coordination and Evolution Trend of New-Type Urbanization and Ecological Environment in Jiangxi Province

摘要 通过分析新型城镇化建设进程中自然与人文要素的耦合关系,构建江西省新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调评价指标体系,评价2010—2019年江西省新型城镇化与生态环境综合发展水平及耦合协调特征。构建江西省新型城镇化与生态环境耦合系统动力学模型,仿真模拟2020—2029年江西省新型城镇化与生态环境交互耦合演变趋势。研究表明:1)2010—2019年江西省新型城镇化建设综合评价得分始终低于生态环境发展综合评价得分,但二者的耦合协调关系由伊始的处于不协调类别中的中度失调阶段,逐步转变为协调发展类别中的高度协调阶段;2)2020—2029年江西省新型城镇化评价指数与生态环境评价指数逐年上升,二者耦合协调关系逐渐达到同步高度协调。 Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between natural and human factors in the process of new-type urbanization construction,the evaluation index system of coupling coordination between new-type urbanization and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province was constructed to evaluate the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination characteristics of new-type urbanization and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province from 2010 to 2019.The results show that:1)From 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive score of new urbanization construction in Jiangxi Province was always lower than the comprehensive score of ecological environment development,but the coupling and coordination relationship between the two gradually changed from the moderate imbalance stage in the uncoordinated category at the beginning to the high coordination stage in the coordinated development category;2)From 2020 to 2029,the new-type urbanization evaluation index and eco-environment evaluation index of Jiangxi Province increased year by year,and the coupling and coordination relationship of the two finally reached a high degree of coordination.
