摘要
作为理学名臣,丘濬崇敬朱子品格,认同朱子理学,并对理学有所创新和发展。他还丰富和发展了儒家民本思想,其民本思想的全面性与系统性在同时代人中无出其右。为使民本思想落到实处,丘濬又研究和发展了古代理财思想,成为古代理财学说的集大成者。对于为君之道,丘濬强调君主应该效法天道,做到秉公为政和广开言路。这是治国理政的关键所在。他还主张敬天祭祖和尊贤重教,前者蕴含认祖归宗、凝聚人心的重要意义,后者体现为推崇儒学、礼敬圣贤、培育人才。概而言之,理学思想是丘濬政教思想体系的哲学基础,民本论与理财观则是重要基石,秉公为政与广开言路是其核心内容,敬天祭祖和尊贤重教则是根本要求。这四个方面既相对独立,又互相统一,共同构成了丘濬政教思想体系的一个有机整体。其思想精华可以凝练为"审辨几微,心存至公",这对于现代人的修身立业和治国理政不无参考与启发意义。
As a famous official of Neo-Confucianism, Qiu Jun respected Zhu Zi’s character and agreed with Zhu Zi’s Neo-Confucianism.He innovated and developed Neo-Confucianism and also enriched and developed the Confucian people-oriented thought.The comprehensiveness and systematicness of his people-oriented thoughts were unparalleled among his contemporaries.In order to implement the people-oriented thought, he studied and developed the ancient financial management thought, and became a master of ancient financial management theory.For the way of being the emperor, Qiu Jun stressed that the emperor should follow the way of nature, uphold justice and encourage the free airing of views and believed that was the key of governing a country.He also advocated worshiping heaven and ancestors, respecting sages and valuing education.The former contains the important significance of recognizing ancestors and returning to the motherland and uniting people’s hearts, while the latter is embodied in advocating Confucianism, respecting sages and cultivating talents.In summary, Neo-Confucianism is the philosophical basis of Qiu Jun’s political and educational thought system, people-oriented theory and financial management view are the important cornerstones, upholding justice and being open-minded are its core contents, and worshiping heaven and ancestors, respecting sages and valuing education are the fundamental requirements.These four aspects are relatively independent and unified with each other, and they constitute an organic whole of Qiu Jun’s political and educational ideological system.The essence of his thoughts can be condensed into “discerning the subtle detail, being open to the public”.This is not without reference and enlightening significance to modern people’s self-cultivation, career-building and governance.
