摘要
目的探讨多平面重组及三维重建容积再现图像标记图像教学在影像医学专业头颈五官系统中咽喉部教学中的效果。方法在本校影像医学专业本科2014级学生中,挑选两个教学班,一个班在实习教学中采用自主研发的多平面重组及容积再现三维重建标注影像图像进行教学,并将多平面重组及容积再现三维重建标注影像图像制成讲义形式文本发给学生课后学习及复习(观察组60人),另一个班为传统教学班(对照组60人)。结束教学后,下发自制的教学效果评价表让学生对教学效果进行评测。结果观察组学生对课程教学总体评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),对课程感兴趣人数明显多于对照组,对知识点掌握程度较对照组要高。结论多平面重组及三维重建容积再现图像标记图像引入影像学专业五官头颈系统中咽喉部教学中,使得教学的总体效果提升,推荐进行广泛应用。
Objective To explore the effect of MPR and 3 D reconstruction image mark in the teaching of pharynx and larynx in head and neck system of medical imaging specialty.Methods Two teaching classes were selected from 2014 grade students of medical imaging specialty in our university.One class used independently developed MPR and three-dimensional reconstruction annotation image for teaching in practice teaching,and the MPR and 3 D reconstruction annotation image images were made into handout form text and sent to the students for study and review after class(observation group:60 students),and traditional teaching class(control group:60 students).After the end of teaching,the self-made teaching effect evaluation table was issued to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The overall score of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the number of people interested in the course was significantly more than that in the control group,and the mastery of knowledge points was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion MPR and three-dimensional reconstruction image marker are introduced into the teaching of throat and throat in the head and neck five sense organs system of medical imaging specialty,which improves the overall teaching effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
