摘要
目的探讨在医学教育过程中应用LBL教学法和PBL教学法的实际价值。方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月期间于医学专业学习的学生共100名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(LBL教学法,50名)和观察组(LBL教学法+PBL教学法,50名),对比两组学生理论成绩、实践成绩以及综合成绩。结果观察组理论知识、实践能力以及综合能力成绩评分显著高于对照组,代表联合教学手段应用效果较好,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 LBL教学法联合PBL教学法能够提升医学教育质量和教学效果,提升学生个人综合能力、实践能力以及医学知识吸收速度,培养全面发展的优质人才,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the practical value of LBL teaching method and PBL teaching method in medical education.Methods A total of 100 students majoring in medical science from September,2018 to September,2019 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were randomly divided into a control group(LBL teaching method,50 students) and an observation group(LBL teaching method +PBL teaching method,50 students),and their theoretical,practical and comprehensive scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical ability and comprehensive ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,which represented that the application effect of joint teaching methods was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LBL teaching method combined with PBL teaching method can improve the quality and teaching effect of medical education,improve students’ personal comprehensive ability,practical ability and the absorption speed of medical knowledge,and cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development.It is worthy of promotion and application.
