摘要
《论语》是阐发儒家思想的重要著作,也是阐发“食”文化的代表性著作。《论语》中“食”不仅表现在古人用以滋养生命上,亦反映在“食”与古人生活方式、文化情趣的互动中,“食”中涵养着养生智慧,体现着仁礼思想,蕴藉着政治追求,呈现着精神境界,“食”以微观的小展现着纷繁世界宏观的大。通过对《论语》中饮食文化探原究委、爬梳抉微,有利于传承优秀传统文化,对现代人们的健康饮食观塑造给以有益的借鉴和启示。
The Analects of Confucius is an important work elucidating Confucianism,and is also a representative work expounding the“food”culture.“Food”is not only manifested in the nourishment of life by the ancients,but also reflected in the interaction between“food”and the ancient people's lifestyle and cultural interest.“Food”contains the wisdom of health preservation,embodies the thought of benevolence and etiquette,and political pursuits as well.In the spiritual realm,“food”shows the macrocosm of the complex world in microcosmic smallness.An exploration of the food culture in The Analects helps us to inherit the excellent traditional culture and provide useful reference and enlightenment for the shaping of healthy eating concept among modern people.
