摘要
以黑色母粒为实验对象,在自主搭建的多功能气力输送系统实验台上进行密相气力输送过程的实验研究,采用实验数据与理论模型计算对比的策略,研究了弯管前后的压力损失规律。研究发现:物料从仓泵发出后需要经过压力稳定、流量稳定后方能达到稳定输送状态,基于现有模型,结合实验结果修正的压降模型可较好地预测弯管压降,预测误差不大于15.7%。
With black masterbatch as the experiment object,experiments on dense phase pneumatic conveying were carried out in the self-build multifunctional pneumatic conveying facility.By comparing experimental data with the result of theoretical model calculation,the law of pressure loss before and after bending was studied.The study finds that:after the material is sent out from the bin pump,it needs to go through stable pressure and stable flow to reach a stable conveying state;based on the existing model,the pressure drop model modified by combining the experimental results can better predict the pressure drop of elbow,and the prediction error is less than 15.7%。
