基于Workbench的鞍座温度场计算及选材建议

摘要 结合工程项目中某设备的设计条件,利用Workbench平台对其鞍座的温度场进行模拟计算,得到鞍座的温度分布。并分析设备保温厚度、设备设计温度和环境温度对鞍座温度的影响。结果表明,腹板和筋板的设计温度可取与设备设计温度相同;底板的温度与设备的设计温度相差较大,并给出了不同设备设计温度下底板的温度;为底板和地脚螺栓的设计温度取值提供参考,并对鞍座及其地脚螺栓的选材提出建议。 In this paper,combined with the design conditions of a certain equipment in the project,the temperature field of the saddle is simulated and calculated by the Workbench platform,and the temperature distribution of the saddle is obtained.The influence of equipment insulation thickness,equipment design temperature and ambient temperature on saddle temperature are analyzed.The results show that the design temperature of the web and rib is preferably the same as the design temperature of the equipment;the temperature of base plate is quite different from the design temperature of equipment,and the temperature of base plate under different design temperatures of equipment is given.It provides reference for the design temperature of base plate and anchor bolt,and puts forward some suggestions on the material selection of saddle and anchor bolt.
