含硫瓦斯气及克劳斯尾气脱硫装置溶剂系统优化改造

摘要 某含硫瓦斯气及克劳斯尾气脱硫装置溶剂系统存在不合理现象:尾气吸收塔操作弹性小、溶剂使用量大、焚烧炉烟气二氧化硫排放浓度较高、装置能耗高。对该溶剂系统进行改造,将溶剂系统重新分配,提高溶剂系统的合理性。增加尾气吸收塔填料高度,提高尾气吸收塔操作弹性。改造后降低了贫液使用量,减少了装置蒸汽消耗,降低了装置焚烧炉烟气二氧化硫排放值,达到节能减排的目的。相关经验和做法可为同行借鉴。 There are unreasonable phenomena in the solvent system of a sulfurcontaining gas and Claus tail gas desulfurization unit:the tail gas absorber with small operation flexibility,large solvent usage,high sulfur dioxide emission concentration in the incinerator flue gas,and high energy consumption of the unit.The solvent system is modified,and the solvent system is redistributed to improve the rationality of the solvent system.The packing height of the tail gas absorber is increased in order to improve the operation flexibility of the tail gas absorber.After the modification,the consumption of lean liquid is reduced,the steam consumption of the unit is reduced,and the emission value of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas of incinerator of the unit is reduced,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.Relevant experiences and practices can be used for reference by the same industry.
