摘要
根据T/SWSA 004—2020《工贸企业安全风险分级管控基本规范》,低风险企业风险分级结果集中在C,D级。通过提供具体危险有害因素辨识方法,多方位识别风险,多方法评估风险,细化低风险级别,明确风险管控所需资源、能力、措施等因素,建立企业清单,与企业隐患排查治理相融合,为低风险企业在双重预防体系建立及日常运行过程中提供参考。
According to T/SWSA 004-2020"General Guidelines of Safety Risk Classification and Control for Manufacturing and Commercial Enterprises",the risk classification results of low-risk enterprises are concentrated in C and D levels.This article proposes the harmful factor identification method,which can identify risks in multi-directions and assess them though multiple methods.In addition,the proposed method can quantity risk levels and help to find suitable resources to control the corresponding risks.By establishing a functional list,the enterprise can conveniently perform selfexamination regularly.This provides a reference for low-risk enterprises in the establishment of dual prevention system and daily operations.
