多孔格栅均匀化模型平压仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究均匀化方法在一种多孔格栅结构中的应用,从格栅单胞尺度入手,建立了一种适用于有限元仿真分析的三维周期性边界条件。以ABAQUS作为分析平台,对周期性边界条件下的格栅单胞模型进行了平压仿真分析,并将仿真结果与文献实验结果对比,验证了该边界条件的可靠性。利用均匀化理论建立了格栅单胞力学平衡方程,得到了格栅均匀化模型。通过比较均匀化模型与精细模型平压仿真结果,验证了均匀化方法应用于格栅结构时的准确性。最后对比分析格栅精细模型和均匀化模型的平压仿真性能,研究结果表明,均匀化模型计算时间远小于精细模型,均匀化模型计算误差会随多孔格栅的层数增加而明显降低,且均匀化模型可代替精细模型用于吸能分析。 In order to study the application of the homogenization method in a porous grid structure,a three-dimensional periodic boundary condition for finite element analysis is established in the grid cell scale.ABAQUS is used as the simulation platform to analyze the flat compression simulation performance of the grid cell model with periodic boundary conditions.The reliability of the boundary conditions is verified by comparing the simulation results and the experimental results in the literature.Based on the homogenization theory,the equation of equilibrium for a grid unit cell is established,and the homogenization model of the grid is obtained.Through comparing the flat compression results of the homogenization model and the detailed model,the accuracy of grid homogenization method applied to the grid structure is verified.Finally,the flat compression simulation performance of the detailed model and the homogenization model is compared and analyzed.The results show that the calculation time of the homogenization model is far less than that of the detailed model,and the calculation error of the homogenization model obviously decreases with the increase of the porous grid layers.In addition,the homogenization model can replace the detailed model for energy absorption analysis.
