低泡型聚醚酯改性三硅氧烷的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 在氮气保护下,以烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚醋酸酯与七甲基三硅氧烷为原料,在Karstedt催化剂催化下反应,制得了聚醚酯改性三硅氧烷,讨论了反应物摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对制备聚醚酯改性三硅氧烷性能的影响。结果表明,当反应物摩尔比为1.4∶1.0,催化剂用量为0.10%(质量分数),反应温度为110~120℃,反应时间为2 h,制得的聚醚酯改性三硅氧烷表面张力很小,铺展性能和低泡效果均较好,0.1%聚醚酯改性三硅氧烷的表面张力为20.81 mN/m,铺展直径为43.0 mm,发泡力为1.13,5 min稳泡性为0.20。产品结构经红外光谱表征。 Under the protection of nitrogen,allyl polyoxyethylene ether acetate was reacted with heptamethyl trisiloxane under the catalysis of Karstedt catalyst to obtain polyetherester modified trisiloxane.The effects of reactant molar ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of the prepared polyetherester modified trisiloxane were discussed.The results showed that when the molar ratio of reactants was 1.4∶1.0,the amount of catalyst was 0.10%(weight fraction),the reaction temperature was 110~120℃,and the reaction time was 2 h.The prepared polyetherester modified trisiloxane had low surface tension,good spreading properties and low foaming effects,the surface tension of 0.1%polyetherester modified trisiloxane was 20.81 mN/m,the spreading diameter was 43.0 mm,the foaming force was 1.13,and the foam stability after 5 min was 0.20.The product structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
