摘要
马铃薯具有非常丰富的营养价值,贮藏较为容易,是人们餐桌上一种常见的食物,深受广大人民群众的喜爱,同时其生长周期相对较短,产量高,销售渠道多,能够带来可观的经济效益,成为了福建省泉州市一个重要的食品加工与出口创汇品种。近些年来,市场对马铃薯的需求量越来越大,马铃薯的栽培面积也因此得到逐渐的增加,同时伴随着马铃薯秋冬种抗旱栽培技术的不断优化和改进,马铃薯栽培的亩产量得到很大程度的提升,高产纪录频频刷新,为当地农户带来非常可观的经济效益。基于此,文章主要对马铃薯秋冬种抗旱栽培技术进行分析和探讨。
Potato has very rich nutritional value and is easy to store.It is a common food on the dining table and is loved by the broad masses of people.At the same time,its growth cycle is relatively short,the output is high,and there are many sales channels.It can bring considerable economic benefits,and has become an important variety of food processing and export earning foreign exchange in Quanzhou City,Fujian Province.In recent years,the market demand for potato is increasing,and the cultivation area of potato has been gradually increased.At the same time,with the continuous optimization and improvement of drought-resistant cultivation techniques of potato in autumn and winter,the yield per mu of potato cultivation has been greatly improved,and the high-yield records have been frequently refreshed,which has brought considerable economic benefits for local farmers.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the drought-resistant cultivation techniques of potato in autumn and winter.
