摘要
目的提高该院麻醉科麻醉药品安全管理工作水平,降低院内因麻醉药品管理不当发生的安全事件。方法以该院麻醉科所有医护人员作为研究对象,于2020年11月—2021年5月对其实施麻醉药品安全管理持续质量改进工作,选取实施前后各6个月的麻醉科麻醉药品管理工作情况进行调查,对比实施前后麻醉科发生麻醉药品不良事件的发生率。结果经过持续质量改进后该院麻醉科发生用药错误、药品混放、药品失效、药品数量不足等各类麻醉药品不良事件的发生率要明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对麻醉科麻醉药品安全管理工作实施持续质量改进可提升麻醉科药品管理工作水平,提升患者的用药安全性。
Objective To improve the safety management of narcotic drugs in the Department of Anesthesiology in the hospital,and to reduce safety incidents that occur in the hospital due to improper management of narcotic drugs.Methods All medical staff in the department of anesthesiology in the hospital were used as the research objects.From November 2020 to May 2021,they implemented the continuous quality improvement of anesthetic drug safety management.The anaesthetic drug management work of the anesthesia department for 6 months before and after the implementation was selected for investigation.Compared the incidence of adverse events of anesthesia in the anesthesia department before and after implementation.Results After continuous quality improvement,the incidence of various adverse events of anesthetic drugs in the hospital's anesthesia department,such as medication errors,drug mixing,drug failure,and insufficient drug quantities,was significantly lower than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement of the safety management of narcotic drugs in the anesthesia department can improve the level of drug management in the anesthesia department and improve the safety of patients'medication.
