摘要
构建新型农业产业化经营体系是我国发展现代农业的重要途径之一,而完善与创新各经营主体之间的利益联结关系是实现农业产业化体系蓬勃发展和农业增收的重要基础。论题基于农业经营主体利益共生关系视角,揭示现有产业化组织模式中经营主体间联结松散的问题,进而探索提出"绿创中心+龙头企业+农户"的理论框架,并从组织、要素、价格和理念四个维度,解释了其经营主体之间如何由松散到紧密的利益共生关系。研究发现:绿创中心这一新型农业经营主体的加入增加了主体间的利益纽带,强化主体间利益共生关系,帮助农户增收,提升产业化水平。同时"绿创中心+龙头企业+农户"模式的运行也离不开政府、农业龙头企业等单位的宏观调控与政策支持。
Constructing a new management system of agricultural industrialization is one of the important ways to develop modern agriculture in China.And the improvement and innovation of the relationship between the interests of the main business entities is an important basis for the agricultural industrialization system to develop vigorously and increase agricultural income.From the perspective of interest symbiosis of agricultural business entities,this paper reveals the loose connection between these entities in the existing industrialized organization mode,and tentatively puts forward the theoretical framework of"Green Innovation Center,Leading Enterprises and Farmers".Furthermore,from four dimensions of organization,factor,price and idea,it explains how the interest symbiosis relation between the related business entities grows from the loose to the close.It is found that the integration of this green innovation center,as a new type of agricultural business entity,increases the intersubjective benefit ties,strengthens the intersubjective benefit symbiosis,helps farmers increase their income and improve the level of industrialization.At the same time,the mode of"Green Innovation Center,Leading Enterprises and Farmers"cannot run smoothly without the macro regulation and control and the policy support from the government,leading agricultural enterprises and other units.
