摘要
不同贵金属比例的涂覆对氧化性催化转化器(DOC)的性能有显著影响。测量了不同DOC入口温度,通过DOC载体不同空速下,不同贵金属比例涂覆的DOC载体HC转化效率、NO的氧化效率以及放热特性。试验结果表明:DOC入口温度在210℃以下、DOC载体铂的涂覆量较大时,HC的转化效率较高;DOC入口温度在200℃以上时,铂钯比4∶1的配方对NO的氧化效率较好,铂钯比3∶1的配方对NO的氧化效率较差;DOC载体涂覆铂钯比6∶1的配方比铂钯比4∶1和3∶1的配方有更优的放热特性。
The coating with different noble metal ratio has a significant effect on the properties of DOC.The HC conversion efficiency,NO oxidation efficiency and exothermic characteristics of DOC carrier coated with different noble metal ratios at different DOC inlet temperatures and different space velocities were measured.The results show that when the DOC inlet temperature is below 210℃and the coating amount of DOC carrier platinum is large,the conversion efficiency of HC is higher;When the DOC inlet temperature is above 200℃,The formula with platinum palladium ratio of 4∶1 has better oxidation efficiency for NO,and the formula with platinum palladium ratio of 3∶1 has worse oxidation efficiency for NO;DOC carrier coated platinum palladium ratio 6∶1 formula has better exothermic characteristics than platinum palladium ratio 4∶1 and 3∶1 formula.
