摘要
目的探索构建基于人工智能的机构老人长期照护分级模型。方法采用分层抽样法收集符合纳入标准的老人作为研究对象进行问卷调查,对专家和照护人员分别使用质性访谈、函询法构建评估项目池,结合人工智能平台采集的生命体征数据和日常生活活动数据形成相关量表指标数据,对指标池评估量表分值进行标准化后,基于对偶法确定指标权重值,运用聚类分析法和经验阈值法的照护分级模型建立照护分级标准。结果最终模型总分取值在0~100分,共划分为5个照护等级,四级≤10分,三级11~20分,二级21~30分,一级31~50分,特级≥50分,分数越高,照护级别越高,即所需照护内容、强度越高。结论基于人工智能构建机构长期照护分级标准能够较全面、客观、具体、确切地反映机构老人照护需求和真实照护内容,为后期长期照护标准的相关制订和相应制度研究提供参考的依据。
Objective To explore the establishment of an artificial intelligence-based long-term care grading model for the elderly in institutions.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to collect the elderly who met the inclusion criteria as the research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey.Use qualitative interviews and letter-inquiry methods to build a pool of assessment projects for experts and caregivers.Combine the vital signs data collected by the artificial intelligence platform and daily life activity data to form relevant scale index data,and standardize the scores of the index pool evaluation scale.Based on the dual method to determine the index weight value,use the cluster analysis method and the empirical threshold method to establish the care grading standard.Results The total score of the final model ranges from 0 to 100 points,which was divided into 5 levels of care.Grade 4≤10 points,grade 311-20 points,grade 221-30 points,grade 131-50 points,special grade≥50 points.The higher the score,the higher the level of care,and the higher the content and intensity of care required.Conclusion The establishment of long-term care grading standards for institutions based on artificial intelligence can more comprehensively,objectively,concretely and accurately reflect the care needs and real care content of the elderly in institutions,which provides reference basis for the relevant formulation of the later long-term care standards and corresponding system research.
