摘要
为了提高预混料生产线的生产效率,以配料车日生产量为基本目标,建立了配料系统的数学模型,提出了配料车路径优化的具体方案,通过改进遗传算法寻优计算,得到了配料车最佳路径并确定了配料系统的优化方案。最后,本文以某预混料生产线配料车路径优化问题为例进行验证,结果显示配料周期明显缩短,说明该优化方案对提高企业生产效率具有重要作用。
To improve the production efficiency of the premix production line,with the daily production volume of the batching truck as the basic goal,a mathematical model of the batching system is established,and a specific plan for the route optimization of the batching truck is proposed.Through improved genetic algorithm optimization calculation.The optimal path of the batching truck is determined and the optimization plan of the batching system is determined.Finally,this paper takes a premix production line's batching vehicle path optimization problem as an example to verify,the results show that the batching cycle is significantly shortened,indicating that the optimization plan has an important role in improving the production efficiency of the enterprise.
