摘要
区块链技术在文创产业的创新扩散不断推动其转型升级,并形成全球扩散的城市网络。本文采用国际权威并购数据研究发现,基于并购融合方式的区块链技术创新从2015年开始在全球文创产业扩散,2018年是区块链技术在全球文创产业传播采纳由沉淀积累转向爆发增长的关键节点。从创新扩散的全球城市网络来看,北京在全球文创产业应用区块链技术创新方面展现出明显的“创新先驱者”特征,区块链技术进而向长江沿线和粤港澳大湾区主要城市扩散,并通过湾区经济与长江轴线共同构成辐射全国的创新连绵带;美国的区块链创新扩散多集中于旧金山湾区核心城市圈;日本总体呈现出由区域政治经济中心城市向关西经济发达地区扩散的趋势。建议中国城市形成创新扩散社会共识,激发多元主体协同创新效应,增强城市内部互联的紧密度和交互效应,建构可持续的核心竞争能力。
The blockchain technology has brought new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the cultural and creative industry in innovation diffusion and forms a global urban network.Using internationally authoritative merger and acquisition data,this paper finds that the innovation of the blockchain technology based on merger and acquisition integration has been spreading in the global cultural and creative industry since 2015 and 2018 is the key node for the spread and application of the blockchain technology in the global cultural and creative industry from precipitation and accumulation to explosive growth.From the perspective of the urban network of innovation diffusion,Beijing shows the obvious characteristics of“innovation pioneer”in the application of the blockchain technology innovation in the global cultural and creative industry.Then,the blockchain technology spreads to the major cities along the Yangtze River and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and forms a continuous innovation belt radiating the whole country from the Greater Bay Area economy and the Yangtze River axis.In the United States,the diffusion of blockchain innovation is mostly concentrated in the core urban circle of the San Francisco Bay Area,while in Japan,the diffusion trend is generally from the regional political and economic center city to the economically developed region of Kansai.It is suggested that cities in China'should form a social consensus on the diffusion of innovation,stimulate the collaborative innovation effect of multiple subjects,enhance the closeness and interaction effect of urban interconnection,and construct sustainable core competitiveness.
