摘要
在信息化时代背景下,医学人文作为构建行风职业道德建设的重要因素,二者处于互相影响的状态,缺一不可。一旦二者之间任何一方出现问题,都会导致严重的医患矛盾。针对这一情况,医院要加强医学人文和行风职业道德两方面的工作,提高医务人员医学人文和行风职业道德建设,对于引导医务人员全面发展具有非常重要的作用,同时能提高医务人员的行风职业道德水平,避免发生医疗纠纷问题,塑造良好的医院形象。
In the context of the information age,medical humanities,as an important factor in the construction of professional ethics,are in a state of mutual influence,and neither is indispensable.Once there is a problem in either aspect between the two,it will bring serious doctor-patient conflicts.In response to this situation,the hospital should strengthen the work of medical humanities and professional ethics,and improve the construction of medical humanities and professional ethics of medical staff.It plays a very important role in guiding the overall development of medical staff,and at the same time can improve the professional ethics of medical staff,avoid medical disputes,and shape a good hospital image.
