摘要
结合习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话精神,以《思想道德修养与法律基础》这门课程为例,阐述分众教学模式在课程中的具体运用,提升分众教学实效,针对教学对象的需求变化实时调整分众教学方法和策略,大胆创新课内实践环节,拓展训练,社会实践调查等实践方式,强化学生主体,改变学生传统的思政课学习观念。本文主要从高校分众教学模式的发展入手,阐述分众教学模式在高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程中的具体实施,提出高校思政课实施分众教学模式的三个优化策略,使《思想道德修养与法律基础》这门课程真正达到培养学生内化新知,自觉践行的目的。在高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程中大力推进分众教学模式,确立“以学生为本”,以发展问题为基础、以分众教学为路径、以掌握技能为目标,尊重差异、善用差异,尊重学生的主体地位,在提升教学效率的同时确保学生自由、全面而均衡的发展。
Combined with Xi Jinping,the general secretary's speech on national ideological and political work conference spirit,to〈Ideological Morals Cultivation and Legal Basis〉this course as an example,this paper points the teaching mode in the course of the concrete application,ascension focus the teaching actual effect,real-time changes according to the need of teaching object points and the teaching methods and strategies,bold innovation in-class practice,training,social practice investigation and other practice methods,strengthen students'main body,change students'traditional ideological and political course learning concept.This article starts mainly with the points of development of the teaching mode,and points the teaching pattern in colleges and universities〈Ideological Morals Cultivation and Legal Basis〉course in the concrete implementation,put forward the focus of a college education courses teaching model of three optimized strategy,make the〈Ideological Morals Cultivation and Legal Basis〉course to improve students'internalization,travel,and really consciously practice purposes.〈Ideological Morals Cultivation and Legal Basis〉in colleges and universities promote the focus of teaching pattern,to establish the"students-oriented",on the basis of development,with the path,the focus of teaching skills as the goal,respect difference,the difference,respect students'subject status,in raising teaching efficiency at the same time to ensure students free comprehensive and balanced development.
