摘要
为落实党的十九大报告提出的构建清洁低碳、安全高效能源体系的要求,着力打造具有南方电网特色的安全、可靠、绿色、高效、智能的现代化电网,推进广西壮族自治区强首府战略的实施,笔者分析了南宁市的发展对电网基础设施建设、电网能力提高等方面的要求,并有针对性地选取城市核心区、电商产业园、农村地区作为重点特色示范场景开展具体的智能电网规划研究,提出特色的重点示范工程。通过示范工程引领提升南宁电网运营和客户服务水平,改善电力营商环境,促进新基建设施融合发展,助力智慧城市建设。
In order to implement the requirements of building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,focus on building a safe,reliable,green,efficient and intelligent modern power grid with the characteristics of the Southern Power Grid,and promote the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region,the authors analyze the requirements of the development of Nanning on the construction of power grid infrastructure and the improvement of power grid capacity,and select the urban core area,e-commerce industrial park and rural areas as the key feature demonstration scenarios to carry out specific smart grid planning research,and put forward the key demonstration projects with characteristics.The demonstration projects lead to the improvement of Nanning power grid operation and customer service level,improve the power business environment,promote the integration and development of new infrastructure facilities,and help the construction of smart cities.
