摘要
为解决施工现场闭口截面柱焊接难的问题,提出一种便于钢结构高效连接的箱形柱芯筒式双法兰连接及其在多遇、设防以及罕遇地震作用下的设计方法,依此设计了一榀5层原型结构,并对7∶10缩尺的子结构进行拟动力和拟静力试验,研究结构的滞回性能、各典型部位应变、刚度、法兰板滑移和螺栓拉力等受力性能。拟动力试验结果表明,结构在El Centro波8度(0.2g)多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震和8度(0.3g)罕遇地震作用下,柱脚刚进入塑性状态,节点域及梁端仍处于弹性状态,芯筒式双法兰连接安全可靠。拟静力试验结果表明,在层间位移角0.02 rad,即对应于钢结构弹塑性位移角限值1/50时,滞回曲线呈双线性,柱脚有塑性发展,连接表现出明显的刚接特征,法兰板相对滑移仅1.83 mm、螺栓拉力没有降低,节点域、梁端等主要部位均无塑性产生,节点表现出良好的力学性能。在层间位移角0.04 rad(1/25)时,滞回曲线更加饱满,结构仍具有一定的承载力和刚度,法兰板相对滑移仅2.3 mm、螺栓拉力基本没有降低,柱脚完全进入塑性状态,但节点域、梁端等主要部位仍无塑性产生,芯筒式双法兰连接安全可靠。依照建议设计方法所设计的芯筒式双法兰连接在拟动力、拟静力试验中均表现为"强节点、弱构件",实现了刚性连接的设计目标,同时设置芯筒式双法兰的平面框架呈现与刚接框架一致的受力性能,因此在结构设计中可按刚接进行计算并推广应用于工程实际。
In order to solve the problem that closed section columns must be welded in the construction site, a prefabricated steel box column connection employing core tube and double flange were proposed in this paper, and the design method against the action of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake was developed. A 5-story prototype structure was designed and its substructure with a scale of 7∶10 was selected to conduct pseudo dynamic and quasi-static tests, and the mechanical properties of the structure, such as hysteretic behavior, strain, stiffness, slippage of flange plates and pre-tightening force of bolts, etc., were studied. The results from the pseudo dynamic test show that the structure experiences plastic deformation only at the column base and is basically in the elastic state for panel zone and beam ends under 8-degree frequent(0.2g), fortification(0.2g), and rare(0.2g,0.3g) earthquakes considering the El Centro seismic record. The connections are reliable. The quasi-static test results indicate that under the inter-story drift of 0.02 rad, corresponding to the limit of elastic-plastic inter-story drift(1/50) of steel structure, the hysteretic curves of the test structure present a bilinear shape and a certain degree of plasticity occurs at the column base. The connection shows obvious rigid connection behavior. The relative slippage between the flange plates is only 1.83 mm and the bolt pre-tightening forces show no loss. The column connection shows favorable mechanical performance. When the inter-story drift is 0.04 rad(1/25), the hysteretic curves of the test structure becomes plumper and the structure still possesses certain bearing capacity and stiffness. The relative slippage between the flange plates reaches only 2.3 mm and there is basically no loss of the bolt pre-tightening forces.
