摘要 西安中心城区的老旧小区综合地下管线权属单位众多、排布纵横交错复杂、历史资料缺失、施工改造困难,实地探测获取管线精准GIS数据,在其基础上结合BIM技术进行优化设计、辅助施工,保留竣工电子资料,便于后期数据更新和改造施工,精准数据分析,使运维管理更高效,服务水平智慧化。 There are many comprehensive underground pipeline ownership units in the old community in the central urban area of Xi'an,the layout is crisscross and complex,the historical data is missing,and the construction and transformation is difficult,field exploration to obtain accurate GIS data of pipelines,On this basis,the BIM technology is combined to optimize the design,assist the construction,and retain the completion electronic data,facilitate later data updating and reconstruction construction,accurate data analysis makes operation and maintenance management more efficient and service level intelligent.
