摘要 海上风电设备在工作中受到海洋高盐和高湿环境侵蚀,影响设备的正常运行。目前的风电设备腐蚀检测系统通过监测设备结构表面光滑程度和阻抗等数据变化情况,监测设备腐蚀情况,存在成本高、操作复杂、监测精度和效率较低的缺陷。针对上述系统缺陷,结合实际的海上风电设备发展应用规划,研究设计基于物联网技术的海上风电设备防腐蚀监测系统。传感器安装至风电设备上,在微控制器控制下采集数据。由FPGA处理分析数据后,经过物联网节点进行传输。通过处理分析传感器采集的数据,建立传感器电极的有限元模型,判定设备的受腐蚀程度和范围。系统综合实验结果表明,设计的系统平均监测正确率为97.68%,相比其他系统具有高精度、高灵敏度的优点。 Offshore wind power equipment will be corroded by the high salt and humidity environment in the ocean,which affects the normal operation of the equipment.The current wind power equipment corrosion detection system monitors the corrosion of equipment by monitoring the surface smoothness of equipment structure,impedance and other data changes,and has the defects of high cost,complex operation,low monitoring accuracy and efficiency.In view of the above system defects,combined with the actual development and application planning of offshore wind power equipment,the corrosion prevention monitoring system of offshore wind power equipment based on Internet of Things(IoT)technology is studied and designed.The sensor is installed on the wind power equipment,and the data is collected under the control of the microcontroller.After the data is processed and analyzed by FPGA,it is transmitted through iot nodes.The finite element model of the sensor electrode was established by processing and analyzing the data collected by the sensor,and the corrosion degree and range of the equipment were determined.The comprehensive experimental results show that the average monitoring accuracy of the designed system is 97.68%,which has the advantages of high precision and high sensitivity compared with other systems.
