摘要
基于测量报告(Measurement Report,MR)的数据分析已成为目前评价网络覆盖的重要手段,随着联通与电信深度共建共享工作的开展,可以利用MR异频测量数据开展特定区域不同运营商的网络覆盖对比,促进共建共享从补齐网络覆盖向补充网络容量发展。新疆联通运用自有基站开启异频测量,采用均衡采样技术对重要场景进行异运营商覆盖效果评估探索,通过准确掌握新疆电信和移动的网络覆盖情况,指导开展4G网络共建共享及优化工作。
Data analysis based on Measurement Report(MR)has become an important means to evaluate network coverage at present.With the development of in-depth co-construction and sharing between China Unicom and China Telecom,MR different frequency measurement data can be used to compare network coverage of different operators in specific regions.We will encourage joint efforts and shared benefits to move from complementing network coverage to replenishing network capacity.Xinjiang Unicom uses its own base station to start different frequency measurement,and adopts balanced sampling technology to evaluate and explore the coverage effect of different operators in important scenes.By accurately mastering the network coverage of Xinjiang Telecom and Mobile,it guides the joint construction,sharing and optimization of 4G network.
