摘要
档案对于一所职业院校而言至关重要,包含了学校在党政管理、教学科研等多种活动当中所产生的有价值的历史信息,对学校的教学工作与发展方向有着非常高的参考价值。但是,许多院校在档案管理方面存在着一定的问题,不仅使珍贵的档案无法发挥其应有价值,甚至出现了档案损坏、丢失等现象。因此,加强档案管理工作的标准化,对于学校今后的发展而言至关重要。
Archives for a vocational college is very important, including the valuable historical information of Party and government management, teaching and scientic research and other activities in the school, which has a very high reference value in teaching and development direction of the school. However, there are some problems in archives management in many colleges and universities, which not only make precious archives fail to play its due valuable role, but even appear the phenomenon of archives damage and loss. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the standardization of archives management for the future development of the school.
