摘要
靛红衍生物是药物活性化合物的前体,具有抗菌在内的多种生物活性,引起了药物化学家的广泛关注。近年来,科学家设计、合成并评价了多个系列靛红二聚体包括游离和金属螯合物的抗菌活性,并筛选出了若干具有研发潜力的候选物。本文将着重介绍自2011年以来所发展的具有抗菌活性的靛红二聚体的最新研究进展,并探讨构-效关系,为今后进一步开发活性更高的候选物提供一定的理论基础。
Isatin derivatives are versatile compounds not only could serve as precursors for a large number of pharmacologically active compounds,but also possess diverse biological characters,including antibacterial activity.A variety of isatin dimers including free forms and metal complexes have been designed,synthesized and evaluated for their antibacterial activity in recent years,and some of them possessed potent activity.This review aims to outline the recent advances of isatin dimers with antibacterial potential and summarize the structure-activity relationship to provide an insight for rational design of more active candidates,covering articles published from 2011 to 2021.
