摘要
H型钢拱结构中存在的残余应力对其稳定承载力有重要影响.本文利用有限元实体模型,通过预定义场功能引入H型钢煨弯工艺中产生的残余应力.考虑结构所受荷载形式、钢拱支承形式和长细比3个因素,研究了热弯残余应力对H型钢拱结构平面内稳定承载力的影响.结果表明:不同荷载形式下,热弯残余应力对H型钢拱平面内稳定承载力的影响在9%以内,且均布荷载作用下的热弯残余应力会使钢拱提前进入弹塑性阶段;不同支承形式下,热弯残余应力使H型钢拱平面内稳定承载力降低约8%;当正则化长细比在1.00~1.40之间时,热弯残余应力对H型钢拱平面内稳定承载力产生最为显著的影响,使钢拱发生弹塑性破坏,平面内稳定承载力降低16%;随着长细比继续增大,钢拱的几何非线性效应明显,失稳时全截面未进入塑性,热弯残余应力的影响降低至5%.最后,基于参数化分析,以钢拱的正则化长细比为基本参数,得到了直构件H型钢和轧制热弯H型钢的平面内稳定系数曲线,提出了考虑残余应力影响的轴心受压式H型钢拱结构平面内整体稳定承载力的设计建议,可供实际设计时参考.
The residual stress in the H-section steel arch has a significant impact on the stability bearing capacity.A finite element model was used to investigate the effect of hot-bent residual stress on the stability bearing capacity of the H-section steel arch.A predefined field was utilized to introduce the residual stress in the simmer bending process of steel arch into the numerical model.Factors including support types,load forms,and slenderness ratios were considered in this study.The effect of hot-bent residual stress on the stability bearing capacity of steel arch under different load forms was less than 9%,causing the steel arch,which is subjected to uniform load,to enter elastic-plastic stage prematurely.However,the hot-bent residual stress reduced the stability bearing capacity of steel arch under different support types by 8%.When the slenderness ratio varied from 1.00 to 1.40,the hot-bent residual stress greatly influenced the stability bearing capacity and reduced it by 16%.As the slenderness ratio increased,the geometric nonlinear effect of the steel arch became obvious.The influence of hot-bent residual stress on in-plane stability bearing capacity was less than 5%because the total cross section did not enter plasticity.Finally,the stability curves of Hsection steel arches were obtained,considering the slenderness ratio as the basic parameter.Further,the design proposal for in-plane stability bearing capacity using residual stress of H-section steel arch structures is presented here and can be used as a reference in practical design.
