摘要
针灸推拿专业是一门临床实践性较强的专业,但是目前国内中医院校针灸推拿本科教学中,实训教学多分散在各课程中,少有成体系的实训教学,严重影响针灸推拿临床人才培养的质量。北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院在课程优化改革的过程中,提出"全员、全过程、全方位提升临床核心技能"的"三全"实践教学思路,在本科教学中全过程贯穿式开设"针灸推拿技能实训"课程,反复强化训练,理论教学和实践教学相结合,从经络腧穴、刺法灸法、针灸治疗、按摩推拿、气功训练等全方位提升每位学生的临床核心技能,培养学生的专业认同感,为临床实践打下坚实的基本功。
Acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina major has the high attribute of clinical practice.However,in the undergraduate teaching of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina in domestic traditional Chinese medicine colleges,the practice teaching is scattered in various courses,and there are few systematic teaching,which seriously affects the quality of clinical talent training.In curriculum optimization and reform of school of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,the teaching ideas,explained“all students,whole process and comprehensive promotion of clinical key skills”,is put forward.Acupuncture and tuina skills training courses,including acupoints,needling manipulation,massage and qi gong operation,is set up through the whole undergraduate teaching process with intensive and repeated training,combined theory teaching with practice teaching.It also will cultivate the students’professional identity,and lay a solid foundation for clinical practice.
