摘要
质量管理是军工企业管理的重要内容之一,是一项需要全员参与、持续提升的战略性管理工作。文章阐述了军工企业提高产品质量的意义和必要性,并结合军工企业的实际情况提出了有效性措施,阐明军工企业只有加强质量管理才能提升核心竞争力。
Quality management is one of the important contents of the military industry enterprise management,and it is a strategic management work that needs the participation of the whole staff and continuous promotion.This paper expounds the significance and necessity of improving the quality of products in military enterprises,puts forward the effective measures according to the actual situation of military enterprises,and expounds that only by strengthening the quality management can military enterprises enhance the core competitiveness.
