摘要 肩痛在临床发病率高,与肩部结构稳定性和肩部神经肌肉功能控制障碍有关,而表面肌电图(sEMG)能客观量化局部神经肌肉的功能状态,对肩痛患者的康复评定和治疗有重要的应用价值。sEMG可以在一定程度上反映肌肉活动水平及功能状态,作为临床常用的一种评估手段,其分析方法多样,且均具有无创性、客观性、实时性和多靶点等优点,对于肩痛的康复评定与治疗有积极意义,能较直观地表现肌肉功能的变化情况,已经成为康复医学研究的一个重要领域。随着研究的深入,sEMG将能精确量化神经肌肉的功能状态,故建立标准化、规范化的检测方式和构建功能评价标准成为未来研究的重要方向。 Shoulder pain has a high clinical incidence,which is related to the stability of shoulder structure and the dysfunction of shoulder neuromuscular function.Surface electromyography(sEMG)can objectively quantify the local neuromuscular functional state,which has important application value for rehabilitation assessment and treatment of the patients.sEMG can reflect the level of muscle activity and functional state to a certain extent,and as a clinically commonly used means of assessment,it has diverse analytical methods,which all have the advantages of non-invasiveness,objectivity,real-time and multi-target,thus has a positive significance for the rehabilitation assessment and treatment of shoulder pain,and can more intuitively present changes in muscle function,therefore has become an important field of rehabilitation medical research.With the deepening of research,sEMG will be able to accurately quantify the functional state of neuromuscles.Therefore,the establishment of standardized and normalized detection methods and functional evaluation standards has become an important direction of the future research.
