摘要
对中职学生职业生涯规划教育实践进行讨论。分析了中职学生职业生涯规划教育实践现状,提出了中职学生职业生涯规划教育开展途径:革新教育观念,重视职业生涯规划教育,重新认识职业生涯规划教育实践,将职业生涯规划知识与专业知识相融合,强化对学生的针对性与个性化指导;强化课程建设,优化职业生涯规划教育,做好职业生涯规划教育实践课程的规范化建设、全程化建设、专业化建设。在中职学生职业生涯规划教育实践中,教师必须立足于中职学生的思想状态与特点,确保职业生涯规划教育实践贴近中职生的实际生活与就业需求,引导学生树立正确的择业观、就业观、创业观,帮助学生明确自己的职业生涯目标,对职业生涯前景进行合理规划。
The study discusses the practice of vocational career planning education for secondary vocational students,analyzes the current situation,and proposes the implement pathway,i.e.to reform education concept,focus on vocational career planning education,recognize the practice of career planning education,integrate career planning and professional knowledge,promote targeted and characteristic guidance for students;strengthen curriculum construction,optimize vocational career planning education,and do well in the standardization,whole process and professionalization construction of vocational career planning education practical course.In the practice of vocational career planning education of secondary vocational students,teachers should guarantee the vocational career planning education adhere to the practical life and employment demand according to the ideological situation and characteristics of secondary vocational students,guide students to establish correct view of employment and entrepreneurship,help students to clarify professional career targets,and rationally plan vocational prospects.
