摘要
随着煤矿开采深度的加大,侏罗纪煤层向石炭纪煤层倾斜,运输巷道和回风巷道也在逐渐的变长,保证回采设备的安全稳装,切眼工作面的开口、贯通、二次开口扩帮的巷道支护设计显得尤为重要。对燕子山矿C3煤层8212工作面开切眼巷道支护设计进行研究,考虑在遇到断层、上覆采空区及过25 m的煤柱压力区时,出现钢带断裂的情况,对专用锚杆轴力动态监测,通过ABAQUS数值模拟软件对切眼工作面在第1次掘进贯通时无支护条件下和有支护条件下的围岩应力、应变分析,之后在进行切眼工作面在第2次扩帮时以相同的方法进行分析比较。通过现场实测结果分析,与支护条件下数值模拟变形量的结果基本相似,及时调整锚索网的支护设计方案,保证了开切眼的稳定,可为相同地质条件下的切眼巷道提供参考。
With the increase of coal mining depth,the Jurassic coal seam tilts to the Carboniferous coal seam,and the transportation roadway and return air roadway are also gradually lengthening.To ensure the safe and stable installation of mining equipment,the roadway support design of opening,penetration and secondary opening expansion of the cutting face is particularly important.This paper studies the support design of the open cut roadway in 8212 working face of C3 coal seam in Yanzishan Mine.Considering the fracture of the steel belt when encountering the fault,the overlying goaf and the coal pillar pressure area of 25 m,the dynamic monitoring of the axial force of the special bolt is carried out,and the surrounding rock stress.After the strain analysis,the same method is used to analyze and compare the second side expansion of the cutting face.Through the analysis of the field measured results,it is basically similar to the results of numerical simulation deformation under the support conditions.The supporting design scheme of anchor cable net is adjusted in time to ensure the stability of the open cut,which can provide a reference for the open cut roadway under the same geological conditions.
